If your heart is already racing like mine, my friend Dr. Geeta Arora recommends three strategies to help reduce stress:
4-7-8 breathwork: Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat three times.ย
Drink lots of water
Reduce added sugar (including artificial sweeteners)
If youโre feeling less productive and more anxious this week, itโs okay. Mental bandwidth is limited, and sometimes the best thing you can do is take care of yourself. So, take care of yourself.
